Before purchasing i held shares in the Australian Stock Exchange
and sold them for the deposit.
As i am at a young age of 20 and i feel very lucky to be in this position but it is only from what i have been taught from a young age about saving that has given me this opportunity. Perhaps the most important thing i believe to have in your life is mentors. These may be your family, Business people,associates or even family friends however their are a few things to remember these being;
- People Have Limited Knowledge
- Family can sometimes want you to succeed but not want you to pass them
- Lots of people can talk but look at their own success
It is from this position that i feel i can educate you as what i implement in my life others have done before me. I am using the same strategies that have worked time and time again for others and will for me and can for you. My main focus is going to be the Property Market and Stock Market,it is through wisely investing in these Markets combined that you can achieve financial freedom within 10 years. I'm not promising that you will be rich overnight but each year you will be one step closer.
